Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Wichita Falls Public Library is a voluntary, non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote and foster an informed interest in the Wichita Falls Public Library and its service throughout the local community.

FRIENDS OF THE LIBRARY

• Provide advocacy, additional funding, and volunteer services to the Library.
• Provide funding for non-budgeted library equipment.
• Make significant contributions to the development and expansion of both Youth and Adult programs.
• Sponsor author visits and other special projects such as newsletters, mailings, etc.
• Manage Friends Used Book Store located in the Library.
