Testing on Library Computers

Need to take a test?

  • The library is not an official testing site; therefore, library staff cannot monitor students during testing.
  • Computer-based tests that require software downloads or installs to library computers cannot be accomodated.
  • Computer-based tests will be taken in a public area which is utilized by others. Library staff cannot monitor student behavior, including use of phones or other materials, during testing.
  • Library staff cannot enter passwords, codes, or student log-in information supplied by schools or instructors.
  • Exams may be scheduled any time the library is open. 
  • Students will be held responsible for all costs associated with test-taking: printing tests, faxing results, postage, etc.
  • During high traffic periods, there may be a wait for an open computer before the student can begin.
