Winter Reading Program

winter bannerWinter reading QR codeLooking to put an end to those cold winter blues? Then chill out with some good books in the Winter Reading Program at the Wichita Falls Public Library. This year's program runs from January 3rd to February 29th. And this year's program may be completed either online or on your Smartphone! Just tell us what you're reading and you will receive cool prizes!

snowmanYouth:

Youth (ages 0-10) or their parent/guardian may sign up for Youth Winter Reading on or after January 3rd. Go to the website here or if you have a Smartphone you may scan the code on the right.

Read 3 books and record the titles in the reading log.

Once you've entered the titles (and had them checked by the Librarian), you may pick up your prize at the Youth Information Desk at the library. Keep reading and filling out more logs by the end of February and you may win additional random drawings!

penguinTeens 

Teens (age 11-17) need to sign up for Teen Winter Reading here on or after January 3rd. If you have access to a  Smartphone try scanning the QR code and complete the program all on your phone. 

Read 3 books of your choice and then write 3 reviews. Once you have turned in 3 reviews, and they are accepted by a Librarian, you may stop by the Youth Information Desk to receive your prize. Keep reading and submitting reviews to win additional random drawings!

Adults need to sign up for Adult Winter Reading online here or scan the QR code above to complete the program on your Smartphone.

Read 3 books of your choice and then write 3 short reviews. Once you have turned in 3 reviews, and they are accepted by a Librarian, you may stop by the Adult Information Desk to receive your prize. Keep reading and submitting reviews to win additional random drawings!
