Sign Up for Email Notification

Wichita Falls Public Library offers email notification to patrons for overdue material (at 10 days past due); a final notice for overdue materials (30 days past due); a billing notice for lost items (50 days past due); and a notice that your account has reached a fine of $25 (balance owed). At 70 days past due accounts are turned over to a collection agency.

We also notify you of reserved material ready for pickup and will send a courtesy pre-overdue notification for items that will be due in 2 days.

WFPL will do everything to ensure safe delivery of customer messages, however, technical disruptions, full mailboxes, spam filters, invalid email addresses, and the timeframe for a customer checking their email can contribute to missed messages. Customers are held responsible for tracking the due date on checked out material.
